My name is Lisa Hannan and I serve as a Client Care Coordinator for Home Instead Senior Care. I am 37 years old and have been married for 19 years to a wonderful man, Frank. We have 3 awesome boys, Nyk, Zac, and Zeph. Our family is very athletic and enjoys many indoor and outdoor activities. My favorite hobbies are running and being part of an amazing coed flag football league in our community.
I have worked with seniors in various forms for over 8 years. While working as an at-home mom I was a strong volunteer in our community and assisted some of our neighbors who needed help. One neighbor in particular, Gene, was 73 years old and living by himself. After witnessing him step through a rotten plank on his porch, I immediately ran over to see if he was ok. That’s when I realized the poor condition of his home. At that moment I committed to do everything I could to ensure this man had the best possible help that our community could provide. I took time to get to know Gene and his situation. After determining the many issues we had to overcome—primarily health and budgeting—I worked to obtain a grant to repair his roof, front porch, and bathroom. The local community also stepped up to restore Gene’s house and property to like new condition. Gene truly received an improved quality of life through this experience!
As a Client Care Coordinator, I meet with potential new clients and families in their homes and conduct client consultations to answer questions and explain the benefits of the service Home Instead Senior Care offers. I follow up with current clients quarterly to conduct supervisory visits and quality assurance checks. I also help to ensure quality of care through in-office work with caregivers and clients. I have a tremendous passion for doing everything possible to help seniors receive the quality of life they deserve. Working for Home Instead Senior Care has given me the wonderful opportunity to help, cherish, love, honor, and respect the seniors in our community!
Hello everyone! I am Eugenia lee, the new Office Manager for the Home Instead Senior Care Klamath Falls office. I have worked with the company for 2 months now and I absolutely love my job and hope to continue my work well into the future. Caregivers that honestly care about the seniors, and provide a service that is unique and special.
I have lived in Klamath Falls for over 15 years. My husband is a Bio-Med tech at Sky Lakes Medical center. I have a son that lives in Medford and a daughter that lives here in Klamath Falls with her husband and my three beautiful grandchildren, whom I am extremely proud of. I love fishing and camping at the surrounding lakes of Klamath Falls and Medford. I enjoy golfing at all the golf courses in Klamath Falls and in Medford.
I especially love spending time watching my grandchildren play sports. My grandson is a freshman starting Quarterback for the Varsity football team and plays baseball. My granddaughter’s All Star softball team went to state last year and came in third place, she also plays basketball. My four year old grandson plays every sport his brother and sister will let him join in!
My life here in Klamath Falls is as close to perfect that a person could imagine. My job with Home Instead Senior care makes it so much more enjoyable and rewarding.
Cinda Linville-Martinez: Grants Pass
My name is Cinda and I work as the Caregiver Supervisor for HISC in Grants Pass, OR.
I am married to my wonderful husband, Telly. We enjoy travelling, College and 49'ers Football, boating, wakeboarding and BBQ's in the summertime, and spending quality time with family and friends.
I've been employed with HISC since the Summer of 2008 and enjoy every challenging aspect of the job. My work background however, did not start out with senior care. I first started with a couple of State Administration jobs, then jumped into the Medical/Surgical field. Although, I loved my work, I was craving more one-on-one care for people in need. I was missing something and felt I needed to do more that gave meaning to my life.
In the summer of 2008, I was speaking with a good friend of mine, whose mother was the Office Manager for the HISC office in Medford. Her mother highly recommended that I apply for an open position as the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator for the Grants Pass office. I applied and interviewed with the Franchise Owner; Indra, and immediately felt a connection.
So, here I am! Still on my wonderful journey and feeling accomplished. I've learned so much more about great team work, providing quality service, and helping those in need.
